A. How to order?

Step 1: Browse through our items and pick your favorite item(s).

Step 2: Email us with the order form.

Step 3: Wait for our reply via email or SMS on the availability of the item and confirmation. Please reply the confirmation email within 2 days.

Step 4: Arrange for COD or make payment to our account (Maybank Acc. No.) within 3 days. If there is no reply from you within 3 days, your order will be released to other interested buyers.

Step 5: Inform us (thru email) once payment is made.

Step 6: Wait 2-4 days for delivery. Items will be sent out once payment is received.

Step 7: Leave us a comment and support us all the way. For any enquiries, e-mail us anytime and we will get back to you ASAP! We are always on our toes to serve you better. =)

D. How to package?

We use high quality bubble wrappers + small little gorgeous silk bags so your items will be kept safe.

E. Terms & Conditions

* Serious buyers only. Prices are non-negotiable.

* No back outs, exchange or refunds allowed.

* First come first serve basis.Priority is given to the buyer who can handle full payment immediately.

* Buying is at your own risk. We are not liable for any damage or loss during shipping via postage. Tracking number will be given to buyers to check the status of their package.

* Items may be reserved for a maximum period of 3 days. Once the 3 days are up, it’ll be released to the rest once again.

* Items are 100% brand new and in great condition.

* Prices are not inclusive of delivery charges. Buyers are to bear all shipping cost. Tracking # will be provided.

* Orders of RM150 and above, postage is absolutely FREE.* (Peninsular Malaysia only) If you’re not from Malaysia, feel free to drop us an e-mail to enquire.

* Payments are to be made to our Maybank account within 3 days of confirmation.

* Goods will be mailed the next day after payment is received (with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

* Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) can be made at the delivery hot spots listed under “How to C.O.D.?”.
